Front Spar
I will have to say that
the spars are simple and straight forward to build. The main spar
is an I beam construction except for at the route end as shown
in the picture. In this photo everything is just fit into place.

After the route end parts
are fit you install the 1/8' ply into the rib caps. As you can
see a wood vice was made all the way down the lenth of the spar
while the glue dries. After the glue dries the internial parts
are put in the route end and the 1/8" plywood is glued on
both sides. After this is all dry than you apply the rest of the
parts to the spar. From bottom to top you can see the aleron tube
guide and above that the strut attachment point and a few other
pieces of bracing.

parts made for the front and rear spars.
