This is Dakota Hawk N21298.
This is the second Dakota Hawk built by a costomer.This great
example of the Dakota Hawk was built and currently owned by Tom
Marson
"This plane
was completed in summer of
1996. The first flight date was Sept of 1996. The plane is powered
by a
Continental C-85-12. It uses a Warp drive 70 inch 2 blade prop.
Take off
distance is 300 feet and rate of climb is 850 fpm. The cruise
speed is
95mph at 2475 rpm.
As of early 2001
the plane has around 250 hours. The cover is Superflight
1.75 oz dacron with Blue River 7601 primer filler and Sikkens
Polyeurthane
with loads of flexagent. The plane has always been hangared and
the
covering system is standing up well. "
